Attention is the real curriculum

A syllabus lists content. But a learner’s real education is shaped by where the environment forces their attention to go — the frictions, the rewards, the defaults.

This one is still forming. I don’t yet know how far it generalises beyond the classroom, and I’m wary of it becoming a slogan.
